  • Shipping Policy
    We ship orders out during the week (Mon-Fri) For in stock items, we ship the next day. For custom items, please refer to each shop listing as times will vary. We will get in contact with you via email to discuss details regarding your custom order and will give a timeframe and shipping estimate then! Our standard shipping is through USPS First Class & Priority Mail (depending on order size/weight) Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days to arrive! We will email you a tracking # once your order is packed up so you can easily track the status of your order. We do offer expedited shipping as well if needed, but please contact us prior to placing your order to inquire on rates and delivery times as they do vary.
  • Return Policy
    We do accept returns for credit if your items are new, unused, still in original packaging, and were purchased within 30 days of your original order. We do NOT accept returns on these items: Bath and body products, aromatherapy items, stickers, swimwear, undergarments, food items, seasonal items, or custom pieces. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We currently do not offer refunds, but will gladly issue a store credit for in store or online use. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us directly to discuss.
